Construction of Classrooms

All classroom constructions are carried out on-site, adhering strictly to the SANS code 10082 Standards. This ensures that the building process meets the highest safety, quality and compliance requirements

Electrical and Plumbing

Electrical components such as  plugs,  switches, distribution boards and breakers are all installed within wall pockets. Electrical installations are integrated during the construction process with scheduling communicated clearly to the client to ensure minimal disruption and seamless coordination

Plumbing systems, including built-in cupboards and kitchen requirements, will be discussed thoroughly with the client to accurately determine their needs and preferences. This collaborative approach ensures that all plumbing installations are tailored to meet the client's specific requirements

Submission of Plans

Where applicable, Creative Condos will provide a Rational design for review and approval by the engineer and architect. Once approved, the plans will be submitted to the relevant council authorities for authorization.
